Donor Advised Funds
The Rise and Respond Foundation Inc. partners with Givebutter to facilitate Donor Advised Fund (DAF) contributions. This page is intended only for DAF grants initiated through an eligible DAF sponsoring organization.
Please note: Although credit card and mobile wallet options may appear due to platform functionality, they must not be used to initiate a DAF contribution. All DAF grants must be submitted directly through your DAF sponsor. This page should not be used for personal donations, credit cards, bank transfers, mobile wallets, or recurring/monthly giving. DAF contributions are one-time grants only, with a minimum grant amount of $500.
DAF grants support the Foundation’s general charitable operations and mission-aligned programs, including education initiatives, community engagement, and leadership development. In accordance with IRS regulations, all DAF grants must be unrestricted, and the Foundation retains full legal discretion and control over the use of all DAF funds.
To comply with IRS and DAF sponsor requirements:
+No goods, services, memberships, event access, or benefits may be provided in exchange for a DAF grant
+DAF grants may not satisfy legally binding pledges, tuition, tickets, or personal obligations
+Donor recommendations are advisory only
+No additional tax receipt is issued for DAF grants
+DAF funds may not be used for recurring or monthly donations
All DAF grants are reviewed prior to acceptance to ensure full regulatory compliance.
